I’ve spent the last 8+ years working at the intersection of customers, operations, and technology — helping teams make better use of the tools they invest in.
Across roles at Uber, Fresha, Fergus and Canva, I’ve led onboarding, implementation, and customer success for small, mid-market and enterprise customers. A consistent thread throughout my work has been bringing structure to complex rollouts, aligning cross-functional teams, and making sure new tools actually land with the people using them day to day.
I’ve built onboarding functions from scratch, developed playbooks and frameworks that scale, and worked closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve how customers are set up for success. A big part of my role has also been translating between technical teams and end users — turning complexity into something practical, clear, and usable.
While I’ve worked across a range of platforms and industries, I’ve built particularly deep experience supporting B2B teams using Canva at scale - helping organisations roll it out effectively, establish governance, and embed it into everyday workflows.
I’m particularly interested in the space between implementation and adoption - where most of the real work (and opportunity) sits!
